Step two
Join us for practice! During the spring and summer, the best practices for new players are our non-contact practices on Tuesday evenings at Riverdale Park East. If you’re looking to join during the fall and winter, our recruitment team will let you know when and where the next session will be.
Note: Regardless of practice type, participation in contact activities is not possible until you are registered for insurance.

A member of our team will be in touch regarding registration options. We have programs for Co-ed Non-Contact Mixed Abilities, Men’s Contact, and Women’s Contact.
Membership includes all of the following:
- Expert rugby coaching
- Fitness, conditioning, and mixed abilities rugby training
- Connecting with local 2SLGBTQ+ and rugby community
- Regular practice sessions every Tuesday (non-contact and contact) and Thursday (contact)
- Participating in a fully inclusive, co-ed, mixed ability rugby program. No experience required
- Registration with Rugby Ontario and Rugby Canada
- Insurance (provided by Rugby Canada)
- Participation in Beaver Bowl and All-In Cup tournaments
Financial Aid
Being an inclusive rugby club, we strive to ensure that personal finances are never a barrier to membership. As such, financial assistance programs are available on request to match your financial situation — including payment installment plans and full or partial payment of membership dues on your behalf — everyone can play.
